Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Times
Please note that processing/production time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard Apparel & Accessories: Orders for ready-made items are typically processed and packed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom & Handmade Items: Because items like Cosplay Costumes, Canvas Shoes, Custom Sneakers, and Premium Figures are meticulously handmade or finished to order, they require a dedicated production period of 5–8 business days before they are ready to ship.

2. Shipping Options, Costs & Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping rates apply based on weight and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping at calculated rates based on destination.

  • Restricted Addresses: At this time, our logistics carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Please provide a standard physical civilian address at checkout. Orders placed with restricted addresses will be placed on hold until an alternative address is provided.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Infinite Visibility is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Tracking Updates

  • Domestic Delivery: Typically arrives within 7–10 business days after shipping.

  • International Delivery: Typically takes 15–20 business days after shipping, depending on location and customs clearance.

  • The "Label Created" Tracking Phase: Many of our premium items ship from our international manufacturing partners. We use a two-step shipping process. You will receive a local tracking number (e.g., FedEx, USPS) that may say "Label Created" or "Awaiting Item" for several days. This is normal. Your package is currently in transit overseas. The tracking will officially update with live domestic transit data as soon as the package clears U.S. Customs and is physically handed to the local courier.

4. Shipping Delays (Weather, Customs, & Peak Seasons)
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Infinite Visibility does not guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier backlogs, peak holiday season volume, or extended Import Customs clearance holds. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if the delay is caused by the carrier or events outside of our control.

5. Failed Deliveries & Access Codes
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% correct and accessible at checkout.

  • If your building requires an Access Code, Gate Code, or Intercom Number for the driver to deliver to your door, it must be provided.

  • If a package is marked as "Undeliverable" or returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing access code, or failure to pick up the package from a local carrier facility, Infinite Visibility is not responsible for the lost package. No free replacements or refunds will be issued for customer address errors.

6. Digital Product Delivery
For digital items (such as coloring books or printable art), an email with a secure download link will be sent immediately to your inbox upon order completion.

7. Lost or Damaged Products

  • Lost in Transit: A package is only considered "lost" if there has been absolutely no tracking movement for 15 consecutive business days. If this occurs, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately. CRITICAL: You must retain all original outer shipping packaging (plastic mailers, boxes, and shipping labels). Photographic proof of the damaged item and the original shipping label/packaging is strictly required to process a damage claim. If the packaging is thrown away, your claim will be denied.

8. Returns and Refunds
