Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum. Whether you order one sticker or a full collector's haul, and whether you're in the US, Canada, the EU, or beyond: shipping is free. No code needed.

1. Order Processing & Production Times
Processing/production time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard apparel & accessories: processed and packed within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom & handmade items: Cosplay Costumes, Canvas Shoes, Custom Sneakers, and Premium Figures are meticulously handmade or finished to order and require a dedicated production period of 5–8 business days before shipping.

2. Where We Ship & Restrictions

  • Restricted addresses: Our logistics carriers cannot currently deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a standard physical civilian address at checkout. Orders with restricted addresses will be placed on hold until an alternative address is provided.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by your country during or after shipping. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Infinite Visibility.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Tracking

  • Domestic (U.S.): typically arrives within 7–10 business days after shipping.
  • International: typically 15–20 business days after shipping, depending on location and customs clearance.
  • The "Label Created" tracking phase: Many of our premium items ship from our international manufacturing partners using a two-step shipping process. Your local tracking number (e.g., FedEx, USPS) may show "Label Created" or "Awaiting Item" for several days — this is normal. Your package is in transit overseas, and tracking will update with live domestic data as soon as it clears U.S. Customs and reaches the local courier.

4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Infinite Visibility does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, carrier backlogs, peak holiday volume, or extended customs clearance. If a paid expedited option is offered at checkout, expedited fees are non-refundable when the delay is caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

5. Failed Deliveries & Access Codes
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete, correct, and accessible at checkout. If your building requires an Access Code, Gate Code, or Intercom Number for delivery, it must be provided. If a package is marked "Undeliverable" or returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing access code, or failure to collect it from a carrier facility, we are unable to offer free replacements or refunds for the resulting loss. (This does not affect statutory rights that may apply to consumers in certain regions.)

6. Digital Product Delivery
Digital Download PDF items (coloring books, printable art) are delivered instantly — a secure download link is emailed to you upon order completion. Nothing ships, and shipping policies above do not apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Products

  • Lost in transit: a package is considered lost only after no tracking movement for 15 consecutive business days. If this occurs, contact support@infinitevisibility7.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged items: contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Important: retain all original outer shipping packaging (mailers, boxes, and shipping labels). Photographic proof of the damaged item and the original packaging/label is required to process a damage claim; claims without packaging photos may be denied. EU consumers: this claims process does not limit your statutory rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds
For returns, exchanges, non-returnable custom items, and the EU right of withdrawal, see our official Return & Refund Policy page. Standard return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
